What is the solution to our property tax problem?
Significantly increase Homestead Deduction.
Significantly inctrease Supplemental Homestead Deductio,H
Significantly increase both.
On the over 65 Deduction, significantly increase the AGI Limit.
Significantly increase the Assessed Value Limit.
Significantly increase the income limitations on the Over 65 Circuit Breaker Credit.
For seniors 65 and older, limit Property Tax increase to 2% annually, immaterial of income or assessed value.
No property taxes for seniors 65 or older.
